How long have you been in business?
REB/PAC has been in business for 31 years.
What is your primary product or service?
The primary products are printed envelopes, forms and labels. Typesetting is provided at no charge for quantities of 5,000 or more.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I worked for similar companies as a salesman for about ten years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
How often do you get a chance to deal with the owner of a business? My customers do. They get the benefit of my experience and care. I try to treat them as I would like to be treated.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
There is only one location. REB/PAC has always been located in southern New Hampshire. There is no current plan to expand.

I see my customers at their locations. Naturally, contact is also by email, toll free phone, toll free fax and mail.
What type of payments do you accept?
Although I offer either MasterCard or Visa, a vast majority of the payments are by check. I offer a 1% discount if paid in 10 calendar days or Net in 20 days. There may be a need for a prepayment on the first order while checking credit.
Which areas do you service?
I have serviced as far south as LA and as far west as CO. Most of my business is in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
David Schaefer is the owner.
What are your hours of operation?
Normally between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. There is voice mail that is 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. There are also jobs that need fast typesetting in a limited time frame that extend those normal hours.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliment is the trust of my long time customers giving me their business.

My customers are my business!
