Becoming an Authorized store is considered to be a necessity since these designations are reserved for stores that provide excellent customer service and stock & sell packing materials. We're proud of the fact that we have earned the right to display the UPS and FedEx brands and logos.

Over the years Parcel Room has earned an excellent reputation in the community by providing needed products and services in a professional manner. We are proud supporters of New Hampshire Public Television, we donate over 2% of our gross sales to NHPTV and other community organizations.

Been serving the Seacoast and surrounding area for @ 30 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Packaging and Shipping
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Family owned business, took over to help my father, he chose to retire and I continued running the business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are simply one of the best in the industry. We handle shipments that most other stores shy away from, the owner Jeff Ballantyne teaches packaging and shipping in our industry.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We just expanded our Woodbury ave store to over 3100 sq ft. No plans to add more retail locations we made add a warehouse down the road.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are located on Woodbury Ave in Portsmouth, in the mall with Marshall's, Kmart, Market Basket right next door to Panera Bread. If you are travelling North on 95 take exit 6 or 7 at the bottom of the ramp turn right. Proceed one mile we are right there at the lights in the mall

Cash, credit cards, Paypal, in house accounts.
